My whole life I have been active and exercised. Before training with Aesthetically Fit I was doing the Peloton 3 days a week but I was not able to tone up some areas that I wanted to. Being over 50 years old, my doctor recommended to add in weight/resistance training to help prevent my bones and muscles from becoming weaker. Having previous experience exercising, I have never seen such incredible results and in just a few months of following my custom workout plan! I have not yet completed my training sessions and I have already signed up for another 3 package. My experience with Aesthetically Fit has been nothing but amazing!

When I was younger I played sports and started working out in my teens. I also attended The Citadel where was required to pass physical fitness tests and stay in shape. While I have been in good shape, I seemed to have plateaued and stalled out making progress. I hired a personal trainer, who I trained with for several months but didn't really see much results. From day one with Aesthetically Fit I realized how dedicated they are to training and helping me to achieve goals of putting on some muscle. Over the last several months I have gained a lot of muscle and strength and feel amazing!
